Typescript as a superset at its core helps maintain the code better and eliminates data type issues found in JS. Our main framework of choice is React, which ensures a stable development experience without losing customer satisfaction. We have our component system based on Ark UI based on the internal design system. We are huge supporters of TanStack and we love to automatizate where we can with codegen.
👉 What you'll be doing:
- Writing scalable, clean, and maintainable code? We love component-oriented coding that can be used to add the best functionality to the platform while ensuring a dev experience. Bear in mind we are still a startup, but we are already approaching the development cycle maturely.
- Collaborating with the design team to create visually aesthetic and dynamic pages for our products. Bring your value with impactful ideas from your own experience to improve the UI/UX of specific features to ensure an optimal, easy-to-use end-user experience.
- Have you bookmarked Caniuse? Great! As you will be responsible for developing and delivering cross-browser-compatible solutions.
- Support the integration with the backend. As well as implementing custom solutions and use 3rd party APIs.
- Participating in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and meet feature development schedules.
- Support internal projects, depending on your experience. We will not throw you to learn Java, but if you know another programming language on the side, you can help us to develop/ maintain our SDK portfolio.
- We are not forcing TDD, but you will be creating automated tests. And more than happy to allow you to implement/improve accessibility features.
- Last but not least, you will be able to ask important questions, present ideas, and shift development in a positive way.
🧰 What you’ll need:
- Ideally Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in software development, specifically in frontend engineering.
- At least 3 or more years of working with React.
- Experience with front-end frameworks, such as Next.js, Angular, Vue, etc.
- Experience with Git version control and state management.
- Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail regardless of whether it’s your own work or reviewing someone else’s work.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
