We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for qualifying leads, nurturing them through the sales cycle, and setting up demos with potential clients. You'll be an integral part of our sales team and will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

👉 What you'll be doing:

  • Work with the Sales Manager & cross-functional teams to create strategic targets to identify & generate new & expansion business opportunities
  • Meet or exceed strategic goals & committed targets by prospecting and engaging with prospects enabling the next step in the sales cycle
  • With consultative engagement, you will qualify leads and open up opportunities by understanding business challenges while also educating them on the value of our product
  • Complete detailed research within targeted accounts or portfolios to identify key contacts & critical account information
  • Identify & target strategic new prospects that would accelerate territory growth
  • Select & engage with prospects that are identified through marketing efforts as well
  • Become an expert in sales prospecting platforms & tools
  • Use identified customer challenges to prescribe relevant campaigns & events to drive engagement
  • Develop superior customer service relationships with prospects.
  • Self-audit activity to ensure the accuracy & to enable improvement
  • Proactively learn Treblle’s product, competitive products, & market knowledge via website, webinars, & other marketing information.
  • Update lead status & all prospect interactions in CRM application daily

🧰 What you’ll need:

  • Nearly 6 months - 2 years of experience as a Sales Development Rep with a track record of achieving quotas
  • Ability to work in a high-energy, fast‐paced sales environment. You think out-of-the-box and wow people with your interesting angles and quality work.
  • Experience in dealing with technology-related products and/or services - developer tooling, DevOps, Cloud Platforms, etc.
  • Proficient with standard productivity tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in teams, both within the sales department as well as cross-functionally
  • Ability to work in an international and remote environment
  • A creative problem-solving approach to the sales process
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

➕ Bonus if:

  • you have experience with lead qualification at all levels within organizations –developers, managers, directors, VPs, executives is a plus.
